Font: Times New Roman

Size: 14 for headings, 12 for general content

Spacing: 1.5

Citation Format: Use Bluebook 19th Edition for all citations and references.

Author Information: Include your name, course, year of study, and institution at the end of the article.


 

1. Title Page

  • Title: Clearly and concisely describes the topic of the research.

  • Author(s): Name(s) of the author(s).

  • Institutional Affiliation: Name of the institution or organization where the research was conducted.

  • Date: The date of publication or submission.

2. Abstract

  • Purpose: Provides a brief summary of the research paper.

  • Content: Includes the research problem, methodology, main findings, and conclusions. Typically 150-250 words.

3. Keywords

  • Purpose: Helps in indexing and searching for the paper.

  • Content: List 4-6 key terms related to the research topic.

4. Introduction

  • Background: Provides context and background information on the research topic.

  • Research Problem: Clearly states the research question or problem being addressed.

  • Purpose and Objectives: Outlines the purpose and specific objectives of the research.

  • Hypothesis: Presents the hypothesis or research question being tested (if applicable).

  • Significance: Explains the importance and potential impact of the research.

5. Literature Review

  • Purpose: Reviews existing research related to the topic.

  • Content: Summarizes and critically evaluates relevant literature, identifying gaps that the current research aims to address.

6. Methodology

  • Research Design: Describes the overall research design (e.g., experimental, observational, qualitative).

  • Participants/Subjects: Details about the participants or subjects involved in the research.

  • Data Collection: Describes the methods and tools used for data collection.

  • Data Analysis: Explains the techniques used to analyze the data.

  • Ethical Considerations: Addresses any ethical issues and how they were managed.

  • Findings: Presents the results of the research, often using tables, figures, and graphs to illustrate the data.

  • It is mandatory to provide 6-7 citations for your research paper and 2-4 case laws on your research topic.
